a day at the botanical gardens

The botanical gardens are not boring! Who knew? I've been stallling going as I figured the kids would not have a grand time of it but how wrong I was (granted we went with our preschool buddies for spring celebration week). See some lovely photos, some even of the kids...

Looks like a beautiful place to be. The tree is a flowering plum. I guess Abel will have to join Angie in the eating of the sand.At least it's cleaner then the beach stuff.The blue orchid I saw for the first time on Maderia Island. My favorite by far. Glad you took the kids and had a great experience. Free vacation always work for me.

i want to go there! it looks so serene and wonderful, especially the sweet little house. and "yay" for patrick coming home and giving your little fam some much needed daddy relief! daddy's are the best!
